This Reseller Agreement applies if you have signed a reseller order form with Visual Link IT Pty Ltd.
Visual Link IT appoints the Reseller as a non-exclusive reseller of designated products in the designated territory, subject to a signed reseller order form.
The Reseller will: market the products in line with Visual Link IT brand guidelines; provide first-line support to end customers; pass through licence terms; not bundle or modify products without written approval.
Reseller pricing, discount tiers and payment terms are set out in the signed order form. Resale prices to end customers are at the Reseller's discretion within recommended retail price guidelines.
Initial term 12 months, auto-renewing for 12-month periods unless either party gives 90 days written notice. Either party may terminate immediately for material breach.
