By accessing visuallinkit.com or any service offered through it (including VisualCMS), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.
We provide digital services including VisualCMS subscriptions, AI solutions, mobile app development, web design, digital marketing, and consulting. Specific deliverables, timeframes and pricing are documented in individual proposals or order forms.
You agree not to: (a) use the site or services for any unlawful purpose, (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, (c) interfere with site operation, (d) scrape or harvest content beyond what robots.txt permits, (e) use the site to harm minors or distribute illegal content.
All content on visuallinkit.com (including text, images, code, design and the VisualCMS platform) is owned by Visual Link IT Pty Ltd unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission. Client deliverables transferred under a project SOW are governed by that SOW.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, our liability for any loss arising from your use of the site or services is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The courts of New South Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms.
