What "Idea" looks like with us

Typically a 60–90 minute discovery conversation with Jose. We cover:

• What problem you're actually solving (often different from the idea you arrived with)
• Who exactly you're solving it for — and what they currently do instead
• What success looks like — concrete metrics, not vibes
• What constraints you have — budget, timeline, regulatory, team capacity
• What you've tried before and what happened
• Build vs. buy options — including the option of using off-the-shelf tools

Why this matters

Most failed digital projects fail in the Idea stage — not in code. A clear problem framing saves months of build time and tens of thousands in unnecessary work. We'd rather spend 90 minutes finding the right path than 90 days building the wrong one.
